Winglo no tiene cuentas de usuario, ni servidores propios, ni analítica, ni publicidad. Tu cuaderno de campo se guarda solo en tu iPhone.

Datos que se guardan en tu dispositivo

La app guarda en el almacenamiento local de tu iPhone tus avistamientos (especie, fecha, lugar, número de aves, comportamiento, tiempo, notas), las fotos que añadas, tus bocetos, tus favoritas, tus sellos, tu nombre o apodo, tu personaje y el idioma elegido. Estos datos no salen del dispositivo y no tenemos acceso a ellos. Se borran al desinstalar la app.

Cámara y fotos

Si lo permites, la app usa la cámara o tu fototeca solo para que elijas la foto de un avistamiento. La foto se copia dentro de la app y no se envía a ningún sitio.

Ubicación

Si lo permites, la app lee tu ubicación solo en el momento de anotar un avistamiento, para guardar dónde lo viste. Se guarda en tu dispositivo y se usa para mostrar tus avistamientos en el mapa. El mapa lo dibuja Apple Maps, el servicio de mapas de iOS, sujeto a la política de privacidad de Apple.

Exportar en PDF

Si usas «Exportar en PDF», la app crea el documento en tu iPhone y lo entrega al menú de compartir de iOS. Tú decides dónde guardarlo o a quién enviarlo. Nosotros no recibimos ese archivo.

Compras

El pago de la edición completa de Winglo (pago único) lo procesa Apple a través de la App Store, y los datos de pago nunca nos llegan. Para saber si tienes la edición completa y restaurar tu compra, la app usa RevenueCat, Inc., que recibe un identificador anónimo generado por la app y tu historial de compras en ella (producto y fecha). No recibe tu nombre, tu correo ni tus avistamientos, y estos datos solo se usan para que funcionen las compras. Política de RevenueCat: revenuecat.com/privacy.

Soporte

Si nos escribes por correo o por el formulario de soporte, usamos tu nombre, tu email y tu mensaje solo para responderte, como se describe en la política de privacidad de 3 Birds Tech.

Base legal y conservación

El tratamiento de los datos de compra se basa en la ejecución del contrato (art. 6.1.b del RGPD). Se conservan mientras sean necesarios para gestionar tu compra y cumplir las obligaciones legales.

Menores

La app es apta para todas las edades y no recoge a sabiendas datos personales de menores.

Tus derechos

Puedes ejercer tus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad escribiendo a gonzalo@3birdstech.com, y reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Cambios

Si esta política cambia, publicaremos la nueva versión en esta página con su fecha.

Privacy Policy

Winglo has no user accounts, no servers of its own, no analytics and no ads. Your field notebook is stored only on your iPhone.

Data stored on your device

The app stores in your iPhone's local storage your sightings (species, date, place, number of birds, behaviour, weather, notes), the photos you add, your sketches, favourites, stamps, your name or nickname, your character and your chosen language. This data never leaves the device and we cannot access it. It is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Camera and photos

If you allow it, the app uses the camera or your photo library only so you can pick the photo for a sighting. The photo is copied inside the app and is not sent anywhere.

Location

If you allow it, the app reads your location only when you record a sighting, to save where you saw the bird. It is stored on your device and used to show your sightings on the map. The map is drawn by Apple Maps, the iOS map service, subject to Apple's privacy policy.

PDF export

If you use "Export as PDF", the app creates the document on your iPhone and hands it to the iOS share sheet. You decide where to save it or whom to send it to. We never receive that file.

Purchases

Payment for the Winglo full edition (one-time purchase) is processed by Apple through the App Store, and payment details never reach us. To know whether you own the full edition and to restore your purchase, the app uses RevenueCat, Inc., which receives an anonymous identifier generated by the app and your purchase history in it (product and date). It does not receive your name, email or sightings, and this data is used only to make purchases work. RevenueCat's policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.

Support

If you write to us by email or through the support form, we use your name, email and message only to reply to you, as described in the 3 Birds Tech privacy policy.

Legal basis and retention

Purchase data is processed to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and kept for as long as needed to manage your purchase and meet legal obligations.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to gonzalo@3birdstech.com, and you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
